For Indonesian Buyers

  • Eligibility for Returns
    • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, including tags and packaging.
    • Sale items, swimwear, and accessories (e.g., hats, earrings) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Return Process
    • Contact Us
      Email our customer service team at shop@baliboatshed.com with your order number and reason for the return.
    • Approval
      Once approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
    • Shipping
      Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a mistake or a defective item.

  • Exchanges
    • We do not provide money refunds. Instead, we offer exchanges for products of equal value.
    • If the item you want is out of stock, we will provide a store credit for your next purchase.
    • If you ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange it, we will gladly process the exchange. However, please note that:
      • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us and to send the new item.

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos of the issue. We will work on a replacement or refund, covering return shipping in such cases.




For International Buyers

      Email us at shop@baliboatshed.com with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for the return.
    • Approval
      Upon approval, we will provide instructions on where to send your return.
    • Shipping
      • Return shipping costs, including duties and taxes (if applicable), are the buyer’s responsibility.
      • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for safe delivery.

  • Exchanges
